let's start at the beginning.....topcats

Well, I am a sophmore at Medina Vally High School!! Our slow-go is "Sofmores, we can't spell, but we are the best"!! It is kinda stupid but it is also kinda funny!! I tryed out for the Topcats (which is our school's dance team) and I MADE IT!! I am trying out for captain this up comeing season! I really hope that I make it. Right now I am the social officer for the squad which is a good thing but I want to have more control, not that I am a control freak or anything, it's just that our team really has no control what-so-ever, we basically do whatever we want and practice whenever we want, and that is not good!!
Topcats is really Important to me. We are dancing at the Army All-American Bowl on Saturday (January 1st,2009) I hope that it all goes well...I know almost every dance that we need to know, except one (4 minutes) My favorite is In the Arye (or however you spell it) It is our hip-hop dance. well I think that that is about it for now!!

UPDATE: I have had dance practice today and yesterday (Thursday and Friday) and the game is tomorrow! The nervous haven't set in yet but I know that they will!! We are doing 4 dancing and I know all of them except for one!! I just can't get it down and it really is bothering me! Hopefully I can get it down by tomorrow! I just have to keep practicing with the dvd. It is not hard really it is just remembering what comes after what and learning the counts.

GAME DAY: Today was awesome! I ended up doing 4 mins and I did really good! every dance went really good other than disturbia my group didn't hear the song start so we started late but we picked it up really fast and it turned out good!! the 1st and the 4th dance was the best!! I did my splits perfect.. I just wanna take the time to say..GO ARMY! they do so much for us and I don't think that we realize it so much. Thank you to everyone that has risked their lives for us and everyone that has ever served in the military we really appriciate it! thanks a bunch!!!
